By attending the Secure Vision event and completing the associated pre-event questionnaire and post-event feedback form, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for receiving a complimentary copy of Venom: Last Dance.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a free copy of Venom: Last Dance, attendees must:
Register and attend the Secure Vision event on 14th November 2024 at Pinewood Film Studios
Complete the pre-event questionnaire provided via email before the event.
Submit the post-event feedback form within 7 days of the event’s conclusion.
Pre-Event Questionnaire:
The pre-event questionnaire is available online and must be completed prior to the event date. Failure to complete the questionnaire will result in ineligibility for the free gift.
Post-Event Feedback Form:
Attendees will receive access the post-event feedback form at the end of the event. This form must be completed and submitted within 7 days following the event in order to claim the free copy of Venom: Last Dance.
Attendance Requirement:
Only attendees who are physically present at the Secure Vision event for the majority of the event’s scheduled sessions will qualify for the free gift.
Gift Delivery:
Qualified attendees will be sent their copy of Venom: Last Dance via postal delivery or digital download after completing both the pre-event questionnaire and post-event feedback form, release date TBC.
Delivery details (physical or digital format) will be requested within the submission of the feedback form.
Non-Transferable:
The free gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.
Event Cancellations/Changes:
In the case of event cancellation or changes to the event structure, SAXIS reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer for the free gift without prior notice.
Disqualification:
Failure to comply with any of the above terms or any fraudulent activity (e.g., submitting inaccurate or incomplete questionnaires/feedback forms) will result in disqualification from receiving the free copy of Venom: Last Dance.
