The Security Summit is a joint event from SAXIS Group and SysGroup, held at our home at Pinewood Studios.

Following SysGroup’s acquisition of SAXIS in December 2025, this is the first event to bring both organisations’ customers and prospects together under one roof.

This year’s theme is the reality of data strategy in 2026 — covering cybersecurity, ransomware resilience, Zero Trust, AI, intelligent data infrastructure, and disaster recovery. With UK organisations facing a 70%+ rise in ransomware attacks and AI reshaping the threat landscape, the Summit is designed to give you practical strategies, real-world case studies, and direct access to the specialists who can help.

Home to both Bond and Star Wars, Pinewood Film Studios has created some of the world’s biggest blockbuster movies with an incredible history of classic movie and TV shows spanning over the last 90 years.

This is an extremely rare opportunity for you to be granted access to the studios where you’ll be surrounded by sets, theatres and studios that have been shared by some of the finest actors, directors and movie making talent from around the world

By car: There is free parking available onsite for our guests. Please ensure that your vehicle registration is provided to us in advance so we can register it for access at the gate and remember to have photo ID with you on the day.

By public transport: Free Studio shuttle buses that run to and from Uxbridge, Slough, Gerrards Cross and West Ruislip train stations with direct access into London, are also available. We can take care of the shuttle bus booking and provide timetables, just send us an email to SAXIS Events if you’re considering using the service and we’ll come back to you with the relevant details.

Registration opens from 9:00am. The programme begins at 9:30am. The afternoon VIP experience runs from 14:30.

Whilst formal tours are not part of the programme, you will naturally be passing through and alongside active filming locations, such as the 007 stage, the Old House, the Grand Ballroom, Pinewood Gardens and the John Barry Theatre.
