We are delighted to announce that on 22nd December 2025, SAXIS Group Ltd was acquired by SysGroup Plc.
SAXIS celebrated its 25th anniversary last year at our Pinewood Studios office alongside many of our long-term customers and colleagues. From the very beginning, our vision has been to build lasting relationships, and we’re incredibly grateful for the trust and partnerships we’ve developed over the past 25 years.
Joining SysGroup allows us to remain true to our values while expanding what we can offer customers. In addition to our deep expertise in hybrid infrastructure and data platforms, we now have access to broader cloud, security and managed service capabilities, enabling us to support customers more comprehensively, from core infrastructure through to cloud, security, testing and ongoing optimisation.
We want to reassure everyone that it is very much business as usual at SAXIS. There is no change to service levels, contacts or the team you work with. While we’ll benefit from additional office locations across the UK, we’ll continue to be based at Pinewood Film Studios and look forward to welcoming many of you there for our June 2026 event, which now feels even more special.
